88 Broad Street, Manhattan-
Hurricane Sandy plus a kitchen fire demolished the building. This was a ground up rebuild that oversaw.  General Contractor pulled out of building and Zaleski Properties finished building and fit outs. Entire building was rebuilt for $2.5M . Took a lot of patience. Was able to get a Permanent C. of O. without a heating system when detailed building envelope and restaurant uses.  Manage the building to this day.

Manage and lease shopping center.  Direct construction, rent collection, bill payment, capital improvements, and repairs.
